RISE is a culturally competent program. We step into the houses of our families, and work with them as they navigate through the juvenile justice system, health services, legal services, and the immigration system. We merge into the families’ lives. We also counsel and instill confidence in parents with children of physical and mental disabilities. We attend their ceremonies.
